And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim
the good news to the whole creation.
The one who believes and is baptized will be saved;
but the one who does not believe will be condemned.
And these signs will accompany those who believe:
by using my name they will cast out demons;
they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
(Mark 16:15-18)
This free spiritual healing course has been translated from English into other languages and is being used in several countries around the world. This course will provide you with basic tools. Everything you need for healing ministry is contained herein. As the title, The Complete School of Healing and Miracles, states, it is complete.
In today’s world, we often think of free things as second best or of lesser quality. Free things online are usually the trial version where someone is trying to sell you the complete package. The Complete School of Healing and Miracles is the full version. That it is free does not mean it is second best. The Lord God gave this freely, therefore, we give it freely.
There is nothing more exciting than to see someone who has been bound with sickness and infirmity for years, suddenly healed and set free by the power of the Holy Spirit. It never gets old.
Mark 16:15-18 (above) is often called “The Great Commission.” We are commanded, and commissioned, by Jesus to preach the gospel, cast out demons, and heal the sick. We are commanded to “Go,” not to sit.
Have you felt the Holy Spirit calling you to lay hands on the sick and see them healed? Miracles are still happening today just as they did when Jesus healed the sick in Israel over 2000 years ago. You too can lay hands on the sick and expect to see them healed!
Using The Name Of Jesus
The name Jesus is a name that is an English transliteration of the Greek Iesous which is a transliteration from the Hebrew ישוע (Yeshua, Yashua, or Y’shua). In recent times, the name Y’shua has been gaining acceptance and use.
In writing this course, considering whether to use Jesus or Y’shua presented a dilemma and was not decided lightly. Much time was spent in prayer on the subject with the final decision being to use Jesus throughout. If you feel it better to use Y’shua when you pray for someone, then please do. In Israel I would definitely use ישוע, but in the middle of Nebraska Jesus is probably better. However, as in all things you learn here, do this prayerfully with consideration of those receiving prayer. When ministering in a prayer line I will often use both names, relying on the leading of the Holy Spirit.
How to Use This Course
Begin at the beginning and take your time, don’t hurry. It is best if you do the lessons in order. (Lesson 1, Lesson 2 and so on.) Each lesson is designed to build and provide a foundation for the next. Read everything word for word. Make sure to read each scripture reference out loud, which helps to put it inside of you. If you are doing this with a group, such as a weekly class, have one person as the designated leader who will read aloud everything in order, word for word. Or, perhaps, you can take turns reading sections.
In many respects this is like a programmed text, so reading word for word is a very important aspect. After writing your answers to the questions you will find throughout the course, take time to discuss these with your group. Stop frequently to make sure everyone understands, and share your ideas and experiences that will come as you work through each lesson. Remember, this is a school.
If you are studying this by yourself, take time with each question and scripture, thinking and meditating upon them. Many people like to take notes or make written responses on what they read. The more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.
The Word of God
The Word of God is used extensively throughout each lesson. If you never learn anything else, learn this, Jesus and the Word of God are one and the same. When you speak the Word of God with belief, Jesus is right there speaking. You cannot separate Jesus and the Word of God which is the solid foundation upon which everything is built. Only through hearing the Word of God can you have faith, and believe in your heart, that God not only can heal but that He will heal and wants to use you in doing it.
Format
The book form of this course is meant to be written in. Blank spaces and blank pages have been left for that specific reason. You will often find questions in bold print with a space following. This is meant for you to take time to think about the questions and write your answers.
Using this course online is, of course, a little different. It is strongly recommended that you get a notebook to write in. When you see a question or a definition, you will then use your notebook to write the answers. Writing answers and responses to these are an important part of the learning process.
For example:
(question) God’s Word says we are Heirs. Heirs to what?
(your answer) God’s Word says that we belong to the family of God. In fact, we are God’s children and therefore heirs to all the Kingdom of God has. As heirs, we are legally entitled to this inheritance.
We live in a very rushed society and most of us want to hurry through things. Some things however need to be taken slow. Ultimately, this will help you in your study.
Throughout the course you will find definitions. Each definition section has some common definitions, Related Words, and Other. In the space under Other, write other definitions or uses for the word which should pertain directly to the subject being discussed, or a sentence using the word.
For example:
Final Instructions
Remember, take your time, go slow. There are a lot of scriptural references used throughout the course. Read each one. Learn as many as you can. Lesson Seven has a list of 45 Biblical Stories of healing. Read them all. As you read and begin to learn these scriptures your faith will grow.
Most important, enjoy!! Allow yourself to emerge in the excitement of learning about the stories of healing in the Bible and the provision for healing God has set up for us.
Thank you for this extraordinary gift – Please remember me in your prayers as I will lift you and your ministry up in prayer as well. Some 20 people or so are interested in learning to pray for healing for others and your resource is very timely. – I begin at the beginning – 2 Chronicles 7:14 – God Bless
Hi, just come across this course which sounds inspirational and equipping. Unfortunately, I shall initially be doing it on my own and understand the importance of taking my time, inter-mixed with prayer and meditation. I am interested in obtaining a hard copy but understand that there is a cost. Could you tell me how much please?
Thank you Sue, I know you will get much out of this course. Although doing this as a group is ideal, the course is set up to make it easy to do it on your own. Make sure to do each lesson in order as each builds on past lessons. As for hard copies, we made major revisions when we put on the Internet which haven’t made it to a new hard copy yet. Hopefully one will be available by the end of summer 2021. We also want to publish it in book form which won’t be done for some time.
